HCLTech announced the launch of a new node in its global AI & Cloud Native Lab partner network through an extended collaboration with ServiceNow.
The two companies inaugurated a dedicated facility at HCLTech’s Noida campus, where clients will be able to explore, pilot, and scale innovative solutions tailored to address industry-specific challenges. A similar experience will also be offered at HCLTech’s AI & Cloud Native Lab in London.
Jagadeshwar Gattu, President of Digital Foundation Services at HCLTech, said: “Establishing the AI Lab in partnership with ServiceNow is a testament to our 12-year partnership and commitment to delivering value to our clients, allowing them to test and learn in a simulated environment.”
He added that the early adoption and scaling of Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities would enable businesses to unlock new efficiencies and enhance continuous service delivery, thereby driving business transformation.
Michael Park, Senior Vice President and Global Head of AI Go-To-Market (GTM) at ServiceNow, said: “Our expanded partnership with HCLTech will help us to accelerate AI adoption for more customers in the UK and India.” He noted that the labs would empower customers to manage their AI investments effectively, unlocking new levels of productivity and profitability across the enterprise.
The AI & Cloud Native Labs will utilise HCLTech’s methodologies to guide clients through their GenAI and agentic AI journeys with ServiceNow. This initiative aims to enhance efficiencies in enterprise service management (ESM) and various industry verticals.
The labs will incorporate proprietary assets from HCLTech, including AI Force and Enterprise AI Foundry, alongside assets developed with specific accelerators and frameworks for the ServiceNow platform. Key offerings include ValueNow, which assesses GenAI readiness; ComplyNow, which identifies critical security and risk areas; and AchieveNow, designed to help customers optimise GenAI value and outcomes.
