C5i, a US-headquartered artificial intelligence and analytics company, has acquired Singapore-headquartered business and productivity software company Analytic Edge. The deal, for an undisclosed sum, will bolster C5i’s expertise adding Analytic Edge’s prowess in AI-based marketing analytics. Both companies have business offices in multiple countries, including the US, in Europe, South America and in India.
The acquisition is a strategic move for C5i, which is aiming for Rs 1,000 crore in revenue in the next financial year. This acquisition will integrate Analytic Edge’s Qube platform into C5i’s portfolio allowing it to offer more AI-driven solutions to companies. The Qube platform gives companies a no-code interface that can bring marketing analytics in-house without the need for data scientists or statistics experts.
“Analytic Edge’s strong market position and talented team are a perfect complement to our existing capabilities,” said Ashwin Mittal, Chairman and CEO of C5i. “Together, we will deliver unparalleled value to our clients by optimizing marketing spend, driving growth, and making data-driven decisions.”

Rahul Budhraja, CEO of Analytic Edge, expressed enthusiasm about joining the C5i team. “This partnership will enable us to accelerate our growth and innovation while delivering even greater impact for our clients,” he said. After the acquisition, C5i will look to scale up its offering in data-driven marketing solutions. It competes in an increasingly crowded market with companies such as data.ai, NinthDecimal, Pegasystems and Unified, and many others offering AI-based solutions. Analytic Edge customers include Coca Cola, Spotify, Kelloggs, Nestle and BMW among others.
