WinZO, an Indian interactive entertainment platform, announced its partnership with Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Brazil’s educational institution, for research projects and hiring local talents. From what it is understood, the move will facilitate career opportunities for current and former FGV students. The partnership is aimed to deepen WinZO’s presence in Brazil, extending the company’s objective to invest $50 million in the continent.

“The collaboration with WinZO presents an opportunity for FGV students and alumni to engage in a global technology ecosystem. By facilitating industry experience, and employment opportunities through this partnership, WinZO is not only enriching our students’ professional prospects but also contributing to the global dialogue on technological innovation and cultural exchange,” Umesh Mukhi, professor of management, FGV- Fundação Getulio Vargas said.

Reportedly, WinZO’s expansion into the Brazilian market marks an event in its global growth strategy. This partnership will enable WinZo to strengthen tech and trade in Latin America. As per the report, WinZO launched its app in Brazil in October 2023,  the fourth-largest mobile gaming market with over 90 million users.

By hiring local talent and fostering research collaboration, we aim to not only enhance our operational capabilities but also integrate into the local culture,” Paavan Nanda, co-founder, WinZo said.
