NIVEA India has announced the appointment of Siddhartha Juneja as its new e-commerce director, effective January 2, 2025. In this role, he will oversee the company’s e-commerce strategies, focusing on enhancing digital capabilities and driving growth in the online skincare segment. It is understood that Juneja’s responsibilities include identifying new digital opportunities to strengthen NIVEA’s online presence and fostering deeper consumer engagement.

With over 15 years of experience in FMCG and retail, Juneja brings expertise from leadership roles at Mondelez, Flipkart, and Kellogg’s. At Mondelez, he scaled e-commerce and modern trade initiatives by leveraging data analytics, media, and activation strategies, resulting in sustained growth. Reportedly, during his time at Flipkart, he contributed to the development of the grocery business unit, optimising pricing, assortment, merchandising, and performance marketing to position Flipkart as a key player in the grocery segment.
