Radico Khaitan Ltd, one of India’s largest alcoholic beverage manufacturers, has partnered with actor Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan’s D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, and Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath to establish D’YAVOL Spirits, a company that will focus on premium alcoholic beverages. The partnership also involves Bunty Singh, co-founder of D’YAVOL.
According to the companies, the venture will develop globally sourced, bottled-in-origin products with emphasis on regional provenance. The first release will be a luxury tequila expected to launch in the coming months.
Radico Khaitan managing director Abhishek Khaitan said the tie-up combines the firm’s expertise in blending, marketing and distribution with Shah Rukh Khan’s profile, Aryan Khan’s entrepreneurial role, and Kamath’s business outlook. Shah Rukh Khan described the venture as “future-facing,” while Aryan Khan said the aim was to create a brand that “lives in culture.” Kamath said premium branding was increasingly defined by history, culture and craftsmanship rather than geography.
D’YAVOL Spirits chief executive Leti Blagoeva said the collaboration marked a new chapter for the brand, which has previously produced award-winning spirits. Bunty Singh said the partnership would focus on scaling while maintaining brand identity.

Targeting the premium segment
The partners said D’YAVOL Spirits would focus on catering to consumers seeking premium products, combining international bottling, design-focused packaging and curated experiences. They noted that the collaboration brings together Radico Khaitan’s legacy in brand-building with D’YAVOL’s focus on luxury positioning and Kamath’s experience in scaling consumer ventures.
