NODWIN Gaming is making a fresh push into the global esports market with the launch of a new subsidiary in the United States. The company announced on Wednesday that its Singapore-based arm, NODWIN Gaming International Pte Ltd, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the US, named “NODWIN Gaming USA Inc.”

According to a regulatory filing, the cost of subscribing to shares in the newly formed entity amounts to $90, reflecting a total of 9 million shares at a face value of $0.00001 each, according to media reports.

The expansion move comes as NODWIN reported a 23% year-on-year rise in revenue, reaching Rs 165 crore for the third quarter of FY2025. The growth has been attributed to the success of its flagship intellectual properties and live events, including the fourth season of the gaming reality show Playground, the Snapdragon Pro Series, and the combined format of DreamHack and Comic Con under a single event banner.

The company, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has also ramped up its strategic acquisitions in recent months. It invested over Rs 75 crore in acquiring firms such as Trinity Gaming, known for influencer and talent management; AFK Gaming, which focuses on content management and distribution; and StarLadder, an esports tournament organiser with a portfolio of intellectual properties and event production capabilities.

NODWIN’s international business has emerged as a key growth driver, accounting for 48% of its total revenue in the third quarter and 45% over the first nine months of FY2025.
