NODWIN Gaming, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited, acquires Trinity Gaming for Rs 24 crore, adding the latter’s agency business, YouTube MCN, and Meta CSP services to its portfolio. This move aligns with NODWIN Gaming’s strategy to enhance its presence in the Indian gaming and content ecosystem.

The acquisition involves the purchase of 100% of Trinity Gaming’s share capital through a combination of secondary sale and stock swap. Of the total Rs 24 crore, Rs 4.8 crore will be paid in cash, and Rs 19.2 crore will be settled through the swap of NODWIN Gaming shares. Post-acquisition, Trinity Gaming’s founders will become shareholders in NODWIN Gaming and continue to lead the business.

Founded in 2019 by Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming reportedly manages over 1,000 gaming creators and has partnerships with brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton. The company operates as a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and is India’s only gaming-focused Multi-Channel Network (MCN) on YouTube.

As part of the integration, NODWIN Gaming will merge its Unpaused Talent division with Trinity Gaming. Trinity’s operations will expand into emerging markets, including Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East, leveraging NODWIN Gaming’s existing businesses in these regions.

This acquisition follows NODWIN Gaming’s other strategic moves, including the acquisition of Comic Con India, Freaks 4U Gaming in Germany, Publishme in Turkey and West Asia, Branded in Singapore, and Ninja Global in Turkey. These initiatives aim to strengthen its capabilities in youth entertainment, gaming, and esports across India and global markets.
