Jajabor Brand Consultancy and Evolved Group have partnered to establish a joint venture called AD VITAM. With this collaboration, Evolved Group, known for its work with prominent global brands such as Google, YouTube, Unilever, and Under Armour, is entering the Indian market. The launch of AD VITAM coincides with a period of heightened India-to-global activity. The venture aims to support Indian brands in accessing global markets effectively.

AD VITAM, meaning ‘bringing to life’ in Latin, will integrate global best practices from Evolved Group with Jajabor’s localised strategic insights. The objective is to provide a unique communications collective tailored to India’s extensive digital media market, valued at over $571 billion. The joint entity will operate from India and Melbourne, with creative teams spanning across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

In a conversation with BrandWagon Online, Steve Wylie, founder, Evolved Group talks about the motive behind the collaboration, “The driver behind the partnership stems from our decade-long presence in India, albeit from the sidelines. We’ve observed significant growth, energy, and scale in the market, prompting a desire to deepen our involvement. Our goal is to establish a brand in India that actively supports local businesses, necessitating a strong grasp of local knowledge. Despite our global expansion efforts, we recognise the importance of blending global expertise with local insights.” 

It is India’s first transmedia storytelling alliance that will help brands ideate, conceptualise, design, and execute cohesive stories that work across multiple media platforms. The entity will operate at the intersection of integrated communication, motion graphics, presentation design, and video production. 

“Personally, I am passionate about championing creativity in the markets we operate in. I believe that incorporating the local perspective is crucial in achieving this goal. While building a team organically was an option, creating a partnership in India allows us to leverage existing local expertise and networks, facilitating a smoother entry into the market,” Wylie added. 

AD VITAM is set to redefine brand communication in India, emphasising visual storytelling as a crucial element. The joint venture between Jajabor Brand Consultancy and Evolved Group aims to enhance brand narratives within the diverse Indian market landscape.
