Entitled Solutions, a B2B2C platform focused on meeting the health and financial needs of low-income workers, is expanding its standardized employee health screening program across India. Since its launch, the startup claims to have facilitated more than 300,000 checkups for over 600,000 workers.
The service, used by companies such as Jubilant FoodWorks, Rebel Foods, Apollo Pharmacy, Rapido, and Bloom Hotels, enables organizations to comply with health screening regulations required under laws such as those mandated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). These regulations require routine medical checks for food handlers, including testing for infectious diseases and vision screening.
Entitled Solutions has bundled the required checks into a single package. The offering includes eye and skin examinations, inoculations for hepatitis B and typhoid, tuberculosis screening, and assessments such as BMI, blood pressure, and haemoglobin levels. Medical fitness certificates are also issued as part of the package.
The company has partnered with a national network of clinics and laboratories, typically located within five to 10 kilometers of worksites. Tests can be scheduled on-site or nearby, with booking, coordination, and documentation handled by Entitled Solutions. Data is shared with employers via a digital dashboard and records platform.
Clients using the program span sectors including food services, hospitality, logistics, and retail. Other companies using the platform include Nando’s, Popeyes, Dunkin’, Lite Bite Foods, Radisson Hotels, CBRE, Cisco, and Barclays Group.

The company operates on a B2B2C model, offering services such as health benefits, emergency funds, and financial tools for blue- and grey-collar workers. Its health checkup initiative targets what it sees as an operational pain point for businesses managing workforce compliance across multiple geographies.
