Ferns N Petals announces its forays into the food and beverage sector with the introduction of The U Kitchen. This move marks a milestone in the brand’s evolution, expanding its offerings to cater to the diverse palates of its customers on various occasions.
The culinary palette offered by U Kitchen is a global odyssey, encompassing European, Asian, Korean and Japanese, Continental, French, Street Foods of India and various Indian regional cuisines.

The new entity will be spearheaded by seasoned Hotelier Dineshwar Chauhan as a brand head of The U Kitchen, with over two decades of culinary expertise in hotel chains, including Taj Hotels and Le-Meridien, and international exposure with Devere Hotels (UK), Hilton Hotels (UK), The Claridges, and other luxury brands. The brand diversified under the leadership of Dhruv Sharma, vice president, FNP Weddings & Events, where U Kitchen is poised to set standards in the catering industry with the vision of Dhruv Sharma and Dineshwar Chauhan.
In addition to its expansive reach, U Kitchen is set to elevate its international services through partnerships. The collaborations will ensure that U Kitchen’s culinary artistry transcends geographical boundaries.
