What is the one thing you like to do when not working?

I indulge in activities that spark my creativity, which include cooking, painting, reading, or simply being in the loving company my family and friends. I enjoy them all equally.

How do you spend your weekends?

Earlier, spending a significant part of my weekends with my mother had become a cherished routine. I play golf every Sunday, routinely, but I am currently taking a break to allow my elbow some time to heal. In the time that is left over, I pursue my interest in cooking and painting.

What are your favorite gadgets?

Alexa Echo is my favorite gadget, from waking me up, reminding me of important tasks, and handling my shopping, to keeping me connected to both my family and the world at large – it serves as a reliable companion.

Given an option to choose another career, what would it be?

Sharing knowledge has always been a passion of mine, and the art of teaching has been a consistent thread throughout my career. The dynamic nature of young minds keeps me on my toes, constantly learning and upgrading my skills. If presented with the opportunity for another career path, I would choose to continue nurturing and guiding students as a teacher. It not only allows me to impart wisdom but also serves as an avenue for personal growth.

Which is your favorite vacation spot?

While I have not indulged in many holidays, Mumbai remains my favourite getaway destination. It is where most of my family and friends reside and where I kickstarted my professional journey. I am drawn to Mumbai’s unique blend of cultures and traditions, vibrant energy, and resilience. It is therefore no surprise Mumbai has retained its status as the business capital of India.

A TV show, a movie, and an ad campaign you highly recommend watching

“Delhi Crime” is a TV show that deepened my admiration for our police force. I find how they navigate their lives through personal struggles, social and political pressures and with a profound sense of duty quite compelling and inspiring. Their dedication and resilience in the face of adversity is truly remarkable. The movie “Million Dollar Baby” which examines the notions of ambition and success through Maggie’s journey, challenging conventional definitions of winning. While Maggie achieves her dream, the movie left me contemplating about the broader implications of her choices and the complex nature of fulfilment. The thought-provoking ad campaign by “The Hindu” underscores the vital responsibility we hold as role models for the next generation. It urges us to behave conscientiously to cultivate a future generation that embodies responsibility and integrity.
