BUSINESSNEXT, a provider of composable cloud solutions for financial services, has launched AGENTNEXT, an AI agent platform aimed at modernising the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector in India. The platform is designed to enable AI assistants to manage up to 60-70% of routine tasks, allowing human teams to address more complex challenges.
AGENTNEXT offers tools such as personalised banker assistants and AI-powered contact centres, focusing on areas like sales, marketing, lending, and customer service. It is powered by the Thinking Brush engine, which facilitates advanced AI capabilities for managing financial scenarios.
The platform includes a no-code Agent Studio, enabling businesses to develop tailored AI agents or modify pre-designed models to suit specific requirements. It also ensures compliance with regulations, including those set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
“AGENTNEXT is a major step forward for India’s BFSI sector. It’s designed to meet the specific challenges of our market and will help banks and financial institutions work smarter and faster while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance,” Nishant Singh, founder and CEO, BUSINESSNEXT, said.
BUSINESSNEXT’s introduction of AGENTNEXT aims to support efficiency and innovation in the BFSI sector by leveraging AI technology.
