Bold Care, an Indian sexual health and wellness brand, has secured $5 million in its Series A funding round. Investors in the round include Rainmatter (led by Nithin Kamath), Mithun and Siddhartha Sacheti (CaratLane founders), the Dhanani family (Sayaji Hotels), AVT Group, Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund, MGA Ventures LLP, Claris Capital Limited, NB Ventures Limited, and AP Partners.

The company reported an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 100 crore in December 2024, following a turnover of Rs 32.9 crore for the financial year 2023-24. Its sales channels include its own website, major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, and quick commerce services such as BlinkIt, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.

Bold Care, which focuses on men’s sexual health products, expanded into women’s wellness in October 2024 with the launch of Bloom, a brand addressing areas such as sexual health, personal hygiene, menopause, period care, nutrition, pregnancy, and hair removal. The company plans to use the funding to expand its research and development, scale its digital presence, and introduce new products.
