The Job
My role is a blend of strategic leadership, business transformation, and people development. At HPE India, I focus on enabling teams to innovate fearlessly while aligning business goals with purpose. I have always believed leadership isn’t about having all the answers, but it’s about asking the right questions, creating clarity, and empowering others to excel. What excites me most is the opportunity to make an impact at scale, whether it’s driving innovation for customers or helping employees realize their full potential. Seeing someone on my team grow into a confident, purpose-led leader is what makes the journey worthwhile.
The Weekdays
Weekdays for me are a mix of focus and flow. I start early, around 6 a.m., with meditation or a quiet walk, to set the tone before diving into the day. Mornings are for strategy and critical thinking, while the rest of the day moves between customer meetings, team connects, and cross-functional discussions. I make it a point to focus on three things daily: customer engagement, people conversation, and strategic initiative. Evenings are sacred family times – a calm anchor in an otherwise full day.
The Weekend
Weekends are where I pause and reset. I spend time outdoors, catching up on reading, or exploring new places with family. Fitness and mindfulness play a big part in my weekends, whether it’s a kickboxing session or quiet meditation, they help me declutter my thoughts. These moments recharge me and bring a sense of balance before the week begins.
The Toys
Technology fuels productivity, but my favorite “toy” is my tablet. It’s my sanctuary, which doubles as a personal notebook filled with insights, e-books, & spontaneous ideas. It’s my go-to space for reflection, whether I’m outlining a new strategy, reading to broaden my lens, or journaling thoughts on the go.
The Logos
The LEGO logo resonates deeply with me, representing imagination and limitless possibilities. My house is filled with Legos, as my daughter and I are both huge fans. We can spend hours building, rebuilding, and creating something entirely new each time. What draws me most to Lego is its boundless nature, and it’s a wonderful reminder that growth and innovation are both iterative and endless. Just like in leadership, the magic lies in connecting the right pieces to create something meaningful, one block at a time.
