The Job

I left behind 12 years of my corporate career and started my entrepreneurial journey eight years ago. I co-founded Fibe (formerly EarlySalary) with my friend, and being able to empower people with financial solutions that contribute to their growth gives me a sense of fulfillment. We are one of India’s largest consumer lending fintechs to salaried professionals and have surpassed `20,000 crore in disbursals.

What I really love is the vibrant culture and values we have built at Fibe, where our teams continue to bond well, despite our exponential growth and the increase in our team size. The ability to make an impact on people’s lives encourages me to initiate new projects and drive them successfully.

The Weekdays

I kick off each workday with an energy run. As I head to the office, I like keeping the sunroof down while listening to some energetic music, usually a two-song playlist to prepare me for the day ahead. The first 20 minutes are dedicated to reviewing the Management Information System (MIS) and checking emails. I ensure I spend time with at least four different team members every week over a cup of coffee to understand their interests. My typical workday has two energy protocols – more stand-up meetings than sit-down ones and five minutes of self-time to recharge myself. Even on a busy day, I ensure I spend some quality time with friends and family.

The Weekend

Young entrepreneurs are often faced with various challenges even though they’re brimming with innovative ideas. Therefore, during the weekends, I connect with new startups that require support and mentorship to scale their business and expand their network. I am also a guest faculty member at various marketing colleges, so I spend some time during my weekends with young minds. I am extremely passionate about automobiles, and so whenever I have the time, I go for a test drive of new cars and bikes.

The Toys

I have an exciting collection of vehicles and drive a BMW i4, Mercedes 220, Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Kawasaki Ninja. My dream is to own a Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale. This passion extends beyond passenger vehicles. I have even experienced driving a truck and a tank.

The Logos

Nothing beats a classic red Ferrari and the swoosh of Nike. I do believe that many brands live by their promise. One of them is BMW, which promises sheer driving pleasure to its customers. On the other hand is Amazon, one of the most customer-centric companies. These two brands stand out in my life because of the consistency in their customer service and the exceptional experiences they provide. When it comes to my top clothing picks, Calvin Klien and Armani Exchange effortlessly find their way into my closet.
