TCS, Mitsubishi form JV

India?s largest software company Tata Consultancy Services and Japan?s Mitsubishi Corporation on Wednesday formed a joint venture, Nippon TCS Solution Center Ltd, to offer technology solutions for Japanese firms as the TCS steps up its Asia focus on slowdown in the US and Europe.

India?s largest software company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Japan?s Mitsubishi Corporation on Wednesday formed a joint venture, Nippon TCS Solution Center Ltd, to offer technology solutions for Japanese firms as the TCS steps up its Asia focus on slowdown in the US and Europe.

Nippon TCS Solution Center will offer services in IT, business process outsourcing and infrastructure to Japanese companies. TCS will own 60% stake in the venture and Mitsubishi Corporation the remainder 40%.
