The three-day Indian Property Show, which kicked off at Airport Expo in Dubai on Thursday, has attracted all major real estate developers from India, who are showcasing their projects to prospective buyers, mostly NRIs.

With over Rs 25,000 crore worth of property on display and over 250 projects from across India to choose from, the expatriates would be spoilt for choice, literally. The show, being held for the third time in Dubai from December 13 to 15, is the largest and most diverse exhibition of exclusive Indian properties to cater to both the NRIs as well as investors who are interested in buying properties in India.

Following the success that the event received in its inaugural show in 2006, in which over 12,000 visitors made enquiries to the tune of Rs 2,167 crore, the property show has now become a unique platform for NRIs in the UAE to interact face-to- face with Indian property developers, financial institutions, legal advisors and even Vaastu consultants.

Of the exhibitors who are going to make their presence felt at the show will be DLF, Hiranandani, Mahindra & Mahindra, Omaxe, Parsvnath Developers, Ansals API, Sahara Infrastructure and Housing and many more.

President corporate communications and marketing of Ansal API, Kunal Banerjee, said, ?Though we are showcasing all our 16 projects at the Dubai show, our key focus would be on the hi-tech integrated townships called Sushant Golf City in Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Mohali, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bhatinda and Aquapolis, the high-rise township in Delhi, which is surrounded by water bodies.?
