Infomedia 18 Ltd, a media company which is part of Network 18 group that owns television channels like CNBC TV18 and Awaaz, has sold Glyph International, its publishing content services business, to Cenveo Inc. Cenveo is the third largest graphics communication company in North America.
As part of the plan, Infomedia will transfer the entire equity stake of Glyph International in four of its subsidiaries ? Glyph International Ltd, Cepha Imaging Pvt Ltd, Glyph International US LLC and Glyph International UK Ltd ? to Cenveo subsidiaries in India and US, the company said.
