With an aim to give relief to the consumers and to minimise the complaints of wrong billing, distribution of bills and standing in queues for deposition of bill amount, the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) has introduced spot billing system in Hisar town. About half of the town has already been covered under this ongoing plan and rest will be covered by May 15.
