The government has introduced two measures worth Rs 7295 crore to lower the cost of credit for small exporters. The interest subvention scheme has been reinstated for MSMEs in labor-intensive sectors with a cap of 2.75%. Collateral support has also been raised by 10% for working capital loans, with a maximum limit of Rs 10 crore per exporter.
