Hyderabad-based startup Equal, founded by Keshav Reddy and Rajeev Ranjan, has launched an AI-powered call assistant to combat spam and provide real-time call transcripts. The service, which will debut on October 2 for 10,000 Android users in Delhi NCR, boasts a 94% spam detection rate and 87% reduction in call interruptions. Equal is backed by investors like Prosus and Blume Ventures.
