A Reuters report says that the other aircraft was of Coast Guard. Local reports say that all runways at the Haneda Airport have been shut down.
Latest reports say that the Coast Guard plane, which collided with the JAL aircraft was a big Dash 8 plane. The Dash 8 family has achieved considerable success, surpassing 1,200 deliveries and maintaining a prominent presence on regional and feeder-liner routes across the globe.
