Bangladesh’s Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman has said that the Interim government led by Nobel laureate Prof Muhammad Yunus will take oath tomorrow, August 8.
As per the announcement by Waker-Uz-Zaman, the government is likely to be sworn in at 8:00 pm. He added that the advisory council may have 15 members.
Yunus, the 84-year-old economist, was appointed as the head of the interim government by President Mohammed Shahabuddin on Tuesday.
