VIDEO: MENTALLY UNSTABLE MAN STABS MAN TO DEATH IN MUMBAI

In Mumbai’s Virar railway station, a mentally-unsound man stabbed to death another man in broad daylight. The identity of the victim, believed to be in late 30s, has not been established. The accused, identified as Mahendra Pal was found roaming on the bridge in the morning hours with a knife in hand. He perhaps did not know the victim and just ended up attacking the victim. The incident has been caught on CCTV.
