Misha’s sister says Instagram obsession affected her mental health
Mukta disclosed that Misha was fixated on reaching one million followers on Instagram and had also set it as her phone’s wallpaper. ”She built her world around Instagram and her followers.. When her followers started decreasing, she became distraught and felt worthless,” Mukta stated in her post.
She further revealed that Misha had been showing signs of depression since April. ”She would often hug me crying, saying, Jija, what will I do if my followers decrease? My career will be over,” she mentioned.
Despite having a law degree and preparing for judicial examinations, Misha believed that future depended entirely on her social media growth.
