Kross IPO was listed at Rs 240 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, making a flat listing. The IPO was opened to investors for bidding on September 09, along with Bajaj Housing Finance. The issue was closed on September 11. However, the shares of Kross rose 10% to an intraday high of Rs 265.99. 

Kross IPO Details

The company raised Rs 500 crore via a combination of fresh shares and offer for sale. The shares allotment was finalised on September 12, a day after the issue stopped taking bids. The company kept the IPO price band in a range of Rs 228 to Rs 240 per equity share. The minimum lot size for a retail buyer was 62 shares which amounted to Rs 14,880.
