Jane Street is not cooperating with the Income Tax Department in the ongoing investigation. Their servers are situated outside of India, and access is currently blocked. Additionally, the financial records are kept outside the country, even though Indian company law mandates that they be maintained within India. There is only a minimal staff available here, and they are also uncooperative.
