After a packed few weeks in the primary market, the coming week is shaping up to be quieter for large public issues. There are no new mainboard (large-company) initial public offerings opening for subscription, but the small and medium enterprises (SME) segment will stay active with three new IPOs and three listings lined up.
Let’s take a look at which IPO is opening, closing and listing next week –
Mainboard issues
Next week will not see any new large IPOs opening for subscription. However, two companies – Excelsoft Technologies and Sudeep Pharma will make their stock-market debut.
Excelsoft Technologies, which recently closed its Rs 500 crore issue, is expected to list on Wednesday, November 26. The basis of allotment for this issue will be finalised on Monday, November 24.
Sudeep Pharma, which opened its public offer to raise Rs 895 crore, will remain open till Tuesday, November 25. The allotment for this issue is likely to be completed on Wednesday, November 26, with listing scheduled for Friday, November 28.
SME issues
While the mainboard stays silent, the SME (small and medium enterprise) IPO platform will have three new public issues opening for subscription. These include SSMD Agrotech India, Mother Nutri Foods and KK Silk Mills. These are companies from diverse sectors such as food processing, nutri-foods and fabric manufacturing.
SSMD Agrotech India
SSMD Agrotech India will open its IPO on Tuesday, November 25, with the offer closing on Thursday, November 27. The company is planning to raise money to fund working capital, repay loans and expand its operations, including new dark-store facilities and a namkeen manufacturing plant.
Mother Nutri Foods
Mother Nutri Foods will open for bidding on Wednesday, November 26, and close on Friday, November 28. The company plans to put the funds towards building a new production unit in Mahuva, Gujarat, and for general business uses. This issue includes both fresh shares and an offer for sale by an existing promoter.
KK Silk Mills
KK Silk Mills, a fabrics and garment manufacturer, will also hit the market between November 26-November 28. The company aims to use the fresh funds for upgrading machinery, reducing debt and supporting other corporate needs.
Upcoming listing
Apart from new issues, the SME platform will also see fresh listings. Gallard Steel is set to list on Wednesday, November 26, after closing its subscription this week.
Excelsoft Technologies will list on November 26 and Sudeep Pharma will make its market debut on November 28.
