As the final days of December tick by, the stock market is experiencing a surge of IPO activity this week. The IPO offered 1.88 crore shares through a complete offer for sale, raising Rs 2,497.92 crore. On the final day of bidding, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO was subscribed 52.68 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the mainboard issue was subscribed 80.64 times their reserved portion. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) portion bid 23.25 times their quota and retail individual investors (RIIs) segment was subscribed 14.55 times.

Anchor Investors
Inventurus Knowledge Solutions public issue secured a substantial sum of Rs 1,120.18 crore from anchor investors ahead of its public offering. The anchor investor bidding for the IPO took place on December 11.

The book-running lead managers for the Inventurus IPO are ICICI Securities Limited, Jefferies India, JM Financial , J.P. Morgan India, and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India). Meanwhile, Link Intime India is the registrar for the issue.
