Who is Dr Rashi Gupta?
Dr. Rashi Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer is a data science professional with expertise in data mining and developing statistical, and computational strategies for handling complex data sets. She has designed and developed models which have been published in world-renowned journals. Previously, Rashi has been associated with WNS Global Services, Absolutdata, CorrZ and Jawaharlal Nehru University. Rashi has received a doctorate from the University of Helsinki and a double Master’s from IIT Delhi.
Who is Manish Gupta?
Manish Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and holds a degree in Integrated M.Tech. He is a technology professional with 20+ years of industry experience across various product and business roles and successfully exited his earlier venture, Cellz which was the biggest off-deck mobile portal in India with 5 Million MAU about 7 years back. Manish’s role at Rezo includes product management, technology and innovation product testing, prototype building etc.

The Journey of Rashi & Manish
In 2016, Rashi and Manish, in leadership roles, noticed customer experience problems: brands struggled with high queries and limited agents, causing customer dissatisfaction. To address this, they founded Rezo.ai in 2018, aiming to reduce customer churn and increase revenue while cutting operational costs. After two years of meticulous development and testing, the product was successfully launched in 2018, with Maruti Suzuki and Delhivery becoming its first clients.
