Samsung has officially launched its largest Experience Store in India, situated in the bustling DLF CyberHub. Spread across 3,000 square feet, this flagship store is designed to provide a comprehensive showcase of Samsung’s latest technology.
The new Samsung store caters to the tech-savvy population and is equipped with various immersive zones. These zones allow visitors to engage hands-on with Samsung’s flagship smartphones, wearables, audio devices, and products from the SmartThings ecosystem. This setup encourages consumers to not only see but also experience the technology firsthand.
In addition to showcasing products, the store focuses on personalised customer engagement. Trained experts are available to assist visitors, offering tailored advice on Samsung’s offerings to meet individual lifestyle needs. This approach is intended to enhance the shopping experience, moving beyond traditional retail by integrating customer interaction and product demonstration.

The Experience Store also integrates a seamless omni-channel shopping experience, allowing customers to transition smoothly between in-store browsing and online purchasing through Samsung’s Store+ platform. Home delivery is available for the purchase.
As part of its opening celebration, Samsung is introducing several exclusive launch offers. Customers can purchase the Galaxy Fit3 for Rs 1,999 with select Galaxy purchases and earn double SmartClub points on all transactions. Additionally, the store will host the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ initiative, which offers workshops focusing on various interests, including photography and productivity.
