Nothing is all set to showcase its new products tomorrow and unlike the previous events, this one will be all about its flagships. The Nothing Phone 3, which will succeed the Phone 2, will be the hero on the stage, followed by the Nothing Headphone 1 – an over-the-ear headphone, thus making the brand enter a new category.
The launch event, which is scheduled for July 1, 2025, will show off these products along with the brand’s goals for the future. Nothing Phone 3: Specs, design and everything we know
The Nothing Phone 3 will likely be the main focus of tomorrow’s event. With the Glyph lights gone, Nothing is now expected to settle for a dot-matrix-style circular display for notifications and other fun features. The clear back design will evolve with an unusual camera layout and unlike its predecessor, there will be three camera sensors.
Inside, the Phone 3 is confirmed to have a stronger Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, which ensures performance on the same levels as flagship Android phones from 2024. With Nothing’s clean OS and superior optimisation, it should translate to a fast and smooth user experience. The camera system on the device will be a triple lens setup, consisting of a 50MP telephoto sensor, followed by a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is also said to feature a 50MP sensor.
The Phone 3 could offer a rather familiar 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display with LTPO technology, which could translate to variable refresh rate between 0Hz to 120Hz. The battery capacity is also expected to be increased to a slightly larger 5,150mAh unit.
Nothing Headphone 1: Everything we know
Along with the Phone 3, Nothing is introducing its first over-ear headphones, the Nothing Headphone 1. After the success of their smaller earbuds (Ear (1), Ear (2), Ear (A)), these headphones are expected to keep the brand’s unique, clear design. You might see some of the inside parts or a special shape for the ear cups.
For features, industry experts say that these headphones will have strong Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). They will also likely support high-quality audio, giving you a better sound experience. The battery should last a long time, and the earcups are expected to be comfy for hours. They will also connect easily, especially with Nothing phones, and are expected to deliver clear sound with deep bass. A special low-delay mode will be helpful for gaming and watching videos.
Expected prices
We’ll only know the exact prices tomorrow, but the Nothing Phone 3 is expected to be priced smartly for the mid-range market in India, likely starting around Rs 50,000 and could up to Rs 60,000. The Nothing Headphone 1 might be priced between Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000, aiming to offer great features without being too expensive compared to other top brands.
