Motorola has finally released its Moto Edge 40 Neo 5G in India on Thursday. The phone falls in the array of space between flagships and budget picks. It starts at Rs 23,999 and packs a MediaTek Dimensity 7030 chipset. It also gets a hole-punch display with 144Hz refresh rate support.
Moto Edge 40 Neo was previously released in select markets last week. It is slated to compete with the likes of Realme 10 Pro+, Samsung Galaxy M53 5G, Pixel 6A, and more that fall in this price segment.

Moto Edge 40 Neo: Specs, features
Moto’s latest 5G release sports a 6.55” FHD+ pOLED curved display with a hole-punch that houses the front camera with 144Hz refresh rate support. It runs Android 13 out-of-the-box, promising up to two major Android updates.
Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7030 chipset paired with upto 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS2.2 internal storage. Moto Edge 40 Neo is IP68 certified providing resistance from water and dust. There’s a 5,000mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging support.
In terms of camera, Moto Edge 40 Neo features a dual camera setup on the rear side—50MP primary lens with OIS and 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. There’s also a 32MP lens on the front for selfies and video chats.

Moto Edge 40 Neo: Price, availability
Motorola Edge 40 Neo comes in two variants, 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB, priced at Rs 23,999 and Rs 25,999 respectively. It comes in three flavours: Black Beauty, Caneel bay and Soothing Sea.
It is expected to go on sale starting Sept. 28 at 7 PM via Motorola India website, Flipkart and other partners.
