Infosys on Thursday announced the launch of over 200 enterprise AI agents powered by Infosys Topaz AI offerings and Google Cloud’s Vertex AI Platform. These agents come with a diverse set of features, including self-directed decision-making, continuous performance tracking, intelligent data interpretation, and the ability to process various types of input.
They guarantee the safe management and transmission of information and are capable of evaluating business situations on their own while carrying out operations with minimal human input.
These enterprise-grade AI agents serve a wide range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, and agriculture. Utilizing machine learning algorithms and intelligent system design, these agents possess advanced functionalities such as converting unstructured data into meaningful intelligence and managing multiple data formats seamlessly, the company claims.
They aim to prioritize secure interactions via encrypted connections and maintain stringent data protection protocols to safeguard confidential information. Furthermore, these AI agents are capable of making independent decisions, enabling them to assess situations and perform intricate operations without human intervention, significantly boosting organizational productivity.
