The Cupertino tech-giant Apple is set to open its first official retail store in Noida on December 11, 2025. Located in the DLF Mall of India, this will be Apple’s fifth physical store in India, adding to its existing outlets in Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru. For residents of Delhi NCR, this marks Apple’s second store in the region following the store in Saket, New Delhi.
Sublease papers reviewed by CRE Matrix and cited by Hindustan Times reveal that Apple has secured a ground-floor space at DLF Mall of India measuring about 8,240 sq ft. The area is made up of six connected units that will be combined to create the company’s next Apple Store.
The lease has been signed for 11 years, and Apple won’t have to pay rent during the first year. From the second year onward, the rent will be Rs 263.15 per sq ft, which works out to roughly ₹45.3 lakh every month, or around Rs 5.4 crore a year.
Across the full duration of the lease, Apple is projected to spend nearly Rs 65 crore on rent, not counting scheduled rent escalations. The agreement reportedly includes a standard clause that increases the rent by 15% every three years. Apple finalised this lease earlier this year, on February 25.
What to Expect Inside store?
Apple’s new Noida store promises the full retail experience. Shoppers will get access to the company’s latest hardware offerings including the newly launched iPhone 17 lineup, the M5-powered iPad Pro, and the 14-inch MacBook Pro. Beyond browsing and buying, customers will be able to avail themselves of personalized assistance from Apple’s in-store experts, including Specialists.
Ahead of the launch, the store’s exterior was revealed featuring a peacock-inspired barricade design. The colourful feather motif, drawing from India’s national bird, is described by Apple as a representation of pride, creativity and modern Indian spirit. This aesthetic was previously used in store openings at Bengaluru and Pune. Moreover, this forms the visual identity for Apple’s growing footprint across Indian cities.
Apple Noida store will host “Today at Apple” sessions and workshops covering areas like photography, art, music and coding giving visitors a chance to explore creativity using Apple devices. In addition, Apple is offering a curated set of wallpapers inspired by Noida, along with a city-themed playlist on Apple Music, to mark the store’s arrival.
Milestone for Apple India
By opening this fifth store, Apple signals its aim to expand its physical retail presence in India. Moreover, for a growing user base eager to try out devices in person, get expert help, and participate in creative sessions, Apple Noida is poised as a significant addition.
For Noida and neighboring Delhi-NCR areas, it offers easier access to Apple’s products and services directly under one roof.
