Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) refer to efforts that promote fair representation, equal access, and a sense of belonging for individuals across backgrounds. In workplaces, DEI fosters innovation, improves employee engagement, and helps challenge systemic biases. It’s increasingly seen as essential to both organisational culture and long-term performance.
