Shah Rukh Khan, lovingly dubbed as the ‘king’ of Bollywood, is on his way to expand his horizon. Marking his entry into the real estate market, the billionaire has officially launched a luxury commercial property in the heart of Dubai. Making his mark on the iconic skyline, he will become the first Bollywood celebrity to have a tower named after him.
The actor made the revelation at a grand event in Mumbai, along with the founder-chairman of the Dubai-based Danube Group. Called ‘Shahrukhz’, the Danube property will be located at the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Being the icon that he is, SRK insisted on hosting the announcement event in India, as an ode to his roots and motherland.
‘Papa ka naam likha hai’
Shah Rukh Khan, father of three and idol of many, has given great value to his children’s opinions. From his debut at the Met Gala 2025 to unveiling his landmark tower, he shared that this would be a huge moment of pride for his family. He shared, “My mother would be very happy. It is a very big honour. When my kids come, I will say, ‘Papa ka naam likha hai, dekho.’
He then praised the tower for the state-of-the-art luxurious space that offers premium office spaces. In fact, the Danube leader also announced that the towers are soon to be unveiled in Mumbai, Delhi and even in New York and London. “This legacy will be taken across the world,” he remarked.

The project is set to have 56 floors and will take 3-4 years to complete. As per an NDTV report, the property will also boast a statue of the Bollywood star in his iconic pose, arms spread at the entrance. SRK expressed great enthusiasm to enter the real estate market of lucrative Dubai as he signed this collaboration.
In fact, there are several millionaires who have invested in Dubai property and enjoy its fruitful returns. One such Bollywood star is Vivek Oberoi, whose massive real estate dealership has Dubai in its grip. Building commercial properties near the upcoming airport, he has been living in Dubai with his family for the past few years. Shah Rukh Khan also owns his personal residence at the iconic Palm Jumeirah coast, called Jannat and is reportedly worth hundreds of crores.
