The brand Shah Rukh Khan is set to go global with a Dubai-based real estate company Danube Group announcing Rs 4,000 crore luxury property in the heart of the city, featuring the name of the popular Bollywood actor. The tower called Shahrukhz will also have a statue of King Khan in front of it. The development has come weeks after the actor entered the billionaire club as per Hurun report.
The actor made the revelation at a grand event in Mumbai, along with the founder-chairman of the Dubai-based Danube Group. The Danube property will be located at the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Being the icon that he is, SRK insisted on hosting the announcement event in India, as an ode to his roots and motherland.

Shah Rukh Khan, father of three and idol of many, has given great value to his children’s opinions. From his debut at the Met Gala 2025 to unveiling his landmark tower, he shared that this would be a huge moment of pride for his family. He shared, “My mother would be very happy. It is a very big honour. When my kids come, I will say, ‘Papa ka naam likha hai, dekho.’
He then praised the tower for the state-of-the-art luxurious space that offers premium office spaces. In fact, the Danube leader also announced that the towers are soon to be unveiled in Mumbai, Delhi and even in New York and London. “This legacy will be taken across the world,” he remarked.
