The 51-year-old actor and fitness icon started her week on a powerful note, sharing a video on Instagram seamlessly performing an advanced series of yoga postures, leaving her followers both inspired and impressed.

Known for her unwavering commitment to health and well-being, Arora is a vocal advocate of incorporating mindful movement into daily life. In her latest post, she wrote that she was channeling her “inner warrior,” a reference to the warrior-themed asanas that dominated her session. She began with two sets of Veerabhadrasana, or Warrior Pose, known for building stamina and improving posture. She then transitioned into a graceful Viparita Virabhadrasana (Reverse Warrior Pose), demonstrating exceptional fluidity and balance.

The routine continued with Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose) and its variation, Baddha Utthita Parsvakonasana (Bound Extended Side Angle Pose), both of which require deep stretching and core engagement. Arora then advanced into two sets of Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Revolved Side Angle Pose) followed by Parivrtta Virabhadrasana (Revolved Warrior Pose), showcasing not just strength but also intense focus and flexibility.

She concluded her session with Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), grounding the high-energy routine with breath and awareness.
