According to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards, the total area of these 10 apartments spans a massive 10,216 square feet, offering ample space for the family’s growing real estate collection.

The apartments include eight units with a carpet area of 1,049 square feet each, while the remaining two apartments measure 912 square feet each. The family also secured 20 dedicated car parking spaces with this purchase, ensuring plenty of room for their fleet of luxury vehicles. The Bachchans paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.50 crore and registration fees of Rs 3 lakh for the properties, with the registration process completed on October 9, 2024.

In terms of distribution, Abhishek Bachchan acquired six of the 10 apartments, totaling Rs 14.77 crore, while Amitabh Bachchan secured the remaining four units. All the apartments in the Oberoi Eternia complex offer tranquil views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park and Vihar Lake, two of Mumbai’s most scenic natural landmarks. According to the official Oberoi Realty website, the starting price of each apartment in the project is Rs 2.80 crore, further cementing its position as one of the most premium properties in the region.
