Indian cricketer Shivam Dube, fresh off his victory with Team India in the 2024 T20 World Cup, has made a high-profile real estate investment in Mumbai. According to official documents accessed via the Maharashtra government’s property registration portal and reviewed by Square Yards, Dube has purchased two premium apartments in the upscale Oshiwara locality of Andheri West for a total sum of Rs 27.5 crore. The property deal was officially registered earlier this month and marks a significant addition to Dube’s growing portfolio off the cricket pitch.
Prime property in DLH Enclave
Both apartments are located in DLH Enclave, a high-end residential development by Dev Land and Housing Limited. The two units sit on adjacent floors of the building and collectively offer a carpet area of 4,200 sq. ft., along with an expansive terrace spanning 3,800 sq. ft. The combined built-up area totals approximately 9,600 sq. ft. (892.19 sq. m.), making this a major residential acquisition by any measure.
The transaction also includes three car parking spaces. As per registration details, the deal attracted Rs 1.65 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration charges, customary for transactions of this scale in Maharashtra.
Andheri West continues to be one of Mumbai’s most sought-after addresses, thanks to its blend of residential, commercial, and entertainment zones. With proximity to major routes like the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line, the area offers excellent connectivity and convenience.
The locality is known for its mix of upscale living spaces, coworking hubs, retail destinations, and nightlife, making it particularly attractive to high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and business professionals alike.
Born on June 25, 1993, Shivam Dube has steadily made his mark in Indian cricket since his international debut in 2019. He plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket and represents the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Dube was a key member of India’s squad in the 2024 T20 World Cup, contributing to the team’s triumphant campaign.
