Actress Priyanka Chopra, accompanied by her husband Nick Jonas, and their family, embarked on a visit to Ayodhya last Wednesday. Their daughter Malti Marie was also among the entourage. Priyanka was adorned in a graceful green saree, while Nick sported a traditional kurta. It’s presumed that the purpose of their visit to Ayodhya was to pay homage to the Ram Mandir.
A video capturing their arrival in Ayodhya and subsequent exit from the airport was shared by the news agency ANI. Priyanka’s mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, joined the couple on their trip, with chants of ‘Jai Shree Ram’ echoing in the background of the video.
While numerous celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, and Katrina Kaif, attended the ‘pran pratishtha’ ceremony in January, Priyanka was absent from India at the time.
Priyanka arrived on Thursday night with her daughter and graced the Bvlgari store launch event in Mumbai, where she serves as a global brand ambassador. Additionally, she attended a pre-Holi bash hosted by Isha Ambani. Shortly after Priyanka’s arrival in India, her husband Nick Jonas also joined her. The duo was spotted at Ritesh Sidhwani’s party, sparking speculation about the potential revival of Priyanka’s project with Excel Entertainment, “Jee Le Zaraa.”
During her stay in Mumbai on Tuesday for Amazon Prime Video’s event, Priyanka expressed her support for the film “Women of my Billion.”
