Amit Sadh’s performance stands out as he convincingly portrays the character while understanding his plight. The audience can feel his struggles and anxiousness throughout the film. His journey, while escaping the treacherous borders and the merciless Mujahideen bandits, gives us a vivid image of the uncertainty and danger faced by those documenting the crisis.
Ghuspaith–Beyond Borders, a 30-minute short film, efficiently reflects multiple aspects – human trafficking, smuggling, and illegal cattle trade while adding depth to the narrative. It portrays the exact situation of people in these war-torn regions. The climax adds suspense and tension. It is well-executed and stays with the audience even after the film is over.
