On the contrary, new school means a newer, even greater threat.

On April 2, Netflix released the Weak Hero Class 2 teaser trailer, which shows Park Ji Hoon’s character arriving at Eunjang High School. The emotionally bruised protagonist makes new friends, including Park Hu Min (Twinkling Watermelon’s Ryeoun), Seo Jun Tae (Twenty-Five Twenty-One’s Choi Min Yeong), and Go Hyun Tak (Kick Kick Kick Kick’s Lee Min Jae).

On the flip side, he’ll be butting heads with foes like Choi Hyo Man (Crash Landing on You’s Yoo Su Bin), Na Baek Jin (Evilive’s Bae Na Ra), and Geum Seong Je (When Life Gives You Tangerines’ Lee Jun Young).

Weak Hero Class 1 director You Su Min and executive producer Han Jun Hee join forces yet again to grant fans a gritty showcase packed with rising young K-drama stars. Exploring universal themes of teenage life and friendship, Weak Hero Class 2 brings back Park Ji Hoon’s headstrong attitude. The leading teaser poster focusses on Si Eun’s growth as a subtext, while simultaneously establishing the violent context of the webtoon-based K-drama series through the leading star’s bruised countenance.
