Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter, Victoria Jones, passed away on the night of New Year’s Eve. Found in an unresponsive state, the San Francisco Fire Department found her at the Fairmont Hotel. As per a Daily Mail report, she was arrested for allegedly slapping her husband, Navek Cejas in June 2025, months before her demise. While her Victoria Jones’ cause of death has not been officially declared, initial 911 call recordings suggest a possible case of an overdose.
The clash between her husband and Victoria Jones reportedly followed a heated argument over her continued use of substances and drinking. It comes after a long history of misdemeanours, which often landed her on the wrong side of law enforcement. In the same month as the physical altercation, Jones was charged with domestic battery and even faced allegations of elder abuse.
The child actor who always shone a smile beside her father, Tommy Lee Jones, at the red carpet, passed away at 34. The family, shattered by the news, released a statement yesterday, January 3, which said, “We appreciate all of the kind words, thoughts, and prayers. Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you.”
Victoria Jones – Arrests and trouble with the law
The former child actress was arrested twice in 2025. Victoria Jones’ first arrest came in April in Napa Valley, where police officials were called to perform a wellness check on her. However, they ended up arresting her for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and for possession of the same. As she resisted arrest, she eventually pleaded not guilty when she appeared before the judge.
The domestic violence incident, in June, where she reportedly slapped her husband, occurred at Napa’s Carneros Resort and Spa, as per the Daily Mail. The high-end wellness destination charges nearly $500 a night as a minimum rate. Pleading not guilty in the case, her next hearing was scheduled for later this month, on January 20. From her arrest, a mugshot, now making the rounds on social media, shows her with a small bruise near her eye.

TMZ revealed that officials found no sign of foul play, such as bodily harm or the presence of paraphernalia related to drugs. However, as per eyewitness reports, the guest at the Fairmont Hotel was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol.
This came after the officials received a ‘Code 3 – overdose and colour change’ warning over the emergency system. She was then declared dead on site after 3 AM. Victoria Kafka Jones, born in 1991, appeared in a few films in the early 2000s. She appeared as one of the ‘neuralysed’ characters in Tommy Lee Jones’ Men in Black II, who plays the iconic Agent K, opposite Will Smith. Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter also appeared as a supporting character in his directorial work ‘The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada’ in 2005′. With a short-lived appearance in ‘Sorry, Haters’ Victoria starred alongside Robin Wright and Abdel Kechiche in the drama. In the same year, with no notable appearances post 2005, she appeared as a cheerleader in the TV series ‘One Tree Hill’.
