Steven Spielberg has sold his Malibu mini-compound for a whopping 34 million dollar, which is five times of its original purchase price.
The one-acre, beachfront spread boasts of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a guest house, a swimming pool and a massage room with a view of the ocean, reports TMZ.com.
To give a special touch, the 68-year-old filmmaker has access to a state-of-the art screening room in the house as well.
The mega director originally paid 6.6 million dollar to snatch up two adjacent lots where the house sits.
