After having been away from the screens for a while, Salman Khan is now set to make his biggest comeback this Eid. Collaborating with producer Sajid Nadiadwala for the first time since 2014, Salman will be next seen in the action drama Sikandar. Salman Khan’s highly anticipated action drama is releasing on March 30, in time for Eid, across more than 5,000 theatres all over India. The movie will release in both the standard format as well as IMAX formats.

Apart from Salman Khan in the lead role as Sanjay Rajkot or better known as the titular role, Sikandar’s cats also includes Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Chaitannya Choudhry, Anjini Dhawan, and Nawab Shah. The negative roles will be played by Sathyaraj and Prateik Babbar.

Directed by Ghajini fame AR Murugadoss, not much is known about the plot of Sikandar. But reports suggest that Salman will play the role of a man who will challenge the corruption in the system. IMDb states that Sikandar is about “a fiery youth who confronts a powerful network of corruption, challenging the status quo and fighting for the common people’s rights in a nation gripped by injustice.”
