Katrina Kaif has been dazzling us since November with beautiful shots of her in the Maldives for a magazine bridal photo shoot. And now, even though she’s returned back to the country, it looks like she can’t get enough of water. The latest photo by Kat is mesmerizing as it shows the actress under water. “There is a beautiful serenity about underwater shots,” she captioned the pic, which she shared yesterday. Perhaps it’s the play of the light or the actress decided to get highlights, but strands of Katrina’s hair at the back of her head appear bright blue in the pic. After Aishwarya Rai’s purple lipstick at Cannes this year, it would sure be interesting to see Kat with blue locks.
While Katrina was hesitant to join social media, she finally bit the bullet and came on Facebook earlier this year. And with pics like this one, we’re sure glad she did. The star has been quite active on the social media since she joined in July.
Recently, the Dhoom 3 star gave some moving insights at the WeUnite conference by UN Women about women’s rights. Katrina addressed the issue of educated women staying silent on gender crimes they face and how they need to speak up about such matters.
