Furthermore, Selena Gomez is also nominated as the producer of the viral ‘Only Murderers in the Building,’ the true-crime adaptation show. If she wins, she be the first Latina woman to do so. In fact, the newly-engaged singer has already made history as the most-nominated Latina producer. Kathy Bates, 77, has also made history to be the oldest actor to be nominated for her role in ‘Matlock’ under the Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series. Previously, Angela Lansbury held the title for ‘Murder, She Wrote’ to be nominated at the age of 70 in 1996.

Colman Domingo’s win might be potentially a big win for the Afro-Latino community if he bags the title of Best Supporting Actor in ‘The Four Seasons’. He would also be the second black actor to win since Robert Guillaume in 1979.
