Dhurandhar box office collection worldwide day 9: Ranveer Singh‘s spy-thriller is no longer his own. While he may headline Dhurandhar, fans feel Akshaye Khanna’s villainous vibes have overshadowed his performance. However, weekends for a film have never looked better as Dhurandhar crossed over Rs 50 crore in one day alone. While it faces a slight competition from regional heavyweight Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, there is nothing like Dhurandhar that screams a Bollywood spy thriller.

After opening with a power-packed Rs 28 crore, Dhurandhar has maintained its dream run of Rs 20 crore+ days now. However, the Ranveer Singh movie was barred in six Gulf countries due to ‘anti-Pakistan’ sentiments, but that did not faze Indian viewers. In fact, the overseas collection is a testament to Aditya Dhar’s blockbuster end to 2025.

Dhurandhar box office collection day 9 update

Dhurandhar had a stellar opening day of Rs 28 crore, according to Sacnilk. As per the industry tracker’s records, it went on to collect over Rs 30 crore on its first Saturday, followed by a Rs 43 crore debut Sunday. After minting more than Rs 100 crore in three days, Dhurandhar battled the Monday slump with a 45 per cent decline in sales.

Recovering on Tuesday, Dhurandhar grossed Rs 27 crore for three days till the week ended on a Rs 207 crore note. Soaring high from the first week success, the weekend took the domestic collections to nearly Rs 300 crore, after minting Rs 32 crore on its second Friday and Rs 53 crore on day 9. With the domestic tally at nearly Rs 293 crore after Saturday, the Rs 373 crore worldwide collection seems obsolete. Till Friday, Dhurandhar had made Rs 85 crore from international screens alone.

From the director of Uri: The Surgical Strike, this Aditya Dhar film has been one of the biggest for Bollywood, after early hits like Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava and Saiyaara. Akshaye Khanna has not only become one of the most loved Bollywood villains but also etched himself a new fanbase.

The occupancy numbers on day 9 have been exceptionally high, even more than Dhurandhar’s opening day. Reporting an average occupancy rate of 71.5 per cent, nights show dominance with an 88 per cent scale. With increased screenings on the weekend, Delhi NCR and Mumbai fans poured a lot of love for Dhurandhar across the 2500 shows in the cities with more than 75 per cent occupancy.
