The Eid releases, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” and “Maidaan,” have garnered significant attention since opening their bookings on Saturday. However, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s film has taken the lead in ticket sales over Ajay Devgn’s starrer. According to industry tracker Sacnilk.com, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” has sold over 9000 tickets, with an expected 3000 shows across India. Meanwhile, “Maidaan” has sold over 6000 tickets, slated for more than 2700 shows.

Advance bookings for “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” have generated close to Rs 30 lakhs, while “Maidaan” has seen advance sales of approximately Rs 20 lakhs. Consequently, a recent report in Bollywood Hungama reveals that both films will now release on April 11th, with only paid previews scheduled for April 10th. Initially, both films were set for release on April 10th, but the date was revised due to Eid falling on Thursday, April 11.

All screenings for “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” and “Maidaan” will now commence from 6 pm on April 10th. Tickets booked for shows before this time will be refunded, with the Eid holiday on April 11th marking the official release day for both films.

“Maidaan,” directed by Amit Sharma and produced by Zee Studios, has received certification without cuts from the Central Board of Film Certification, boasting a runtime of 3 hours and 1 minute. Meanwhile, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment, has undergone minor modifications as per the CBFC’s directives, reducing its runtime to 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Starring Alaya F, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Manushi Chhillar, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” is set to offer a riveting experience. On the other hand, “Maidaan,” featuring Priyamani in a pivotal role, promises an engaging cinematic journey.
